Cancellation Policy
Below are the cancellation conditions applicable to reservations made through the Hotel Riberies & SPA by RdA Hotels website.
Free cancellation
The user may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival.
In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded, with only a 2% management fee deducted. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Cancellations outside the free period
If the cancellation is made 5 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged, with no right to a refund.
Date Modifications
Date changes are not permitted outside the free cancellation period.
Any date change requested within 5 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the same financial conditions indicated in the previous section.
Cancellation Procedure

Hotel Riberies & SPA by RdA Hotels will confirm the cancellation in writing and, where applicable, will proceed with the corresponding refund in accordance with the conditions set forth in this policy.
