Below are the cancellation conditions applicable to reservations made through the Hotel Riberies & SPA by RdA Hotels<\/strong> website.<\/p>

Free cancellation<\/h3>

The user may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>

In this case, the total amount paid<\/strong> will be refunded<\/strong>, with<\/strong> only a 2% management fee <\/strong>deducted. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking<\/strong>.<\/p>

Cancellations outside the free period<\/h3>

If the cancellation is made 5 days or less before the arrival date<\/strong>, 100% of the total reservation amount<\/strong> will be charged, with no right to a refund.<\/p>

Date Modifications<\/h3>

Date changes are not permitted outside the free cancellation period.<\/p>

Any date change requested within 5 days of the arrival date<\/strong> will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the same financial conditions indicated in the previous section.<\/p>

The communication must include the reservation details<\/strong> (holder's name, dates of stay, and reservation number).<\/p>

Hotel Riberies & SPA by RdA Hotels will confirm the cancellation in writing and, where applicable, will proceed with the corresponding refund in accordance with the conditions set forth in this policy.<\/p>

Final Considerations<\/h3>
